We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and soaking in the excitement. We don’t want you to miss a moment!

The dress code is formal, so dress to impress! Men can wear a suit and tie or a tuxedo, and ladies, feel free to wear a cocktail dress, evening gown, or chic formal attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Absolutely! Enjoy a delicious Texas BBQ buffet, a peach and cherry cobbler dessert bar, and a full open bar to keep the celebration going. Great food, sweet treats, and plenty of drinks—what more could you need?

While we won’t have separate meals for dietary restrictions, our Texas BBQ buffet includes a variety of options. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!

The ceremony and reception are adults-only, but we do have limited on-site babysitting available in a private area within the venue. Please reach out to us if you’d like to make arrangements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

We’ll be eating indoors in the cool AC, but the ceremony and reception will be outside. You’re welcome to head inside to cool off and then go back outside as you please! We know June in Texas can be a scorcher, but don’t worry, it’s an evening wedding, and it does cool down once the sun sets. For our friends and family coming from up north, it might be a bit of a shock, but we promise it’ll be worth it! Just bring your best summer glow (and maybe a fan)!
